One-hour private session
One session provides the benefits of six to ten Svaroopa® Yoga classes.
For those who want accelerated pain relief, a series of Embodyments®, called Overlap Healing, is recommended.
Clients must be committed to the entire series. These sessions can be scheduled as follows:
One session a day for 3 consecutive days
One session every other day for 3 more sessions
One session every third day (or two per week) for 3 more sessions
The therapist determines the appropriate number of sessions and timing, depending on the client's individual needs.
